Fit (and Fashionable) at Sculpthouse.

There’s something inspiring about a room full of bodies, all shapes and sizes, giving a workout their personal best to some good beats.

The classes at Sculpthouse are a great way to get in a high intensity strength and cardio workout without feeling like you need to feast afterwards.

I get bored easily in workout classes, but Sculpthouse splits the class– combining core workouts on a “megaformer” and interval training on a curvy, low impact treadmill. You will be in and out of the 50 minute class before you know it.

The 30 min reflexology reset.

No appointment needed. Hit the reset button on your week with an immune boosting (and cost effective) combination of foot reflexology and shiatsu massage. While it’s no relaxing, spa experience, it can be quite medicinal and just the “pick me up” you didn’t know you needed.
