Improve Your Health. Spice Up Your Life.

Whoever said "butter and bacon make everything better" had not met these spice blends. Whether you are self-proclaimed Chef, a newbie in the kitchen... or heck! Just trying to get a delicious meal on the table without a big fuss, these healthy spice blends are guaranteed to truly elevate your culinary game without the need for excess salt, oil, sugar, etc.

“Butter and bacon make everything better.”

We won’t argue with this… but we also want to live a long, healthy, beautiful and abundant life and we can’t say butter and bacon at every meal is truly the best way to do this.

I once dated a chef who told me the secret to fine dining was: “Butter and bacon make everything better.” While I will not try to argue that this is untrue, I think the best chefs, like the best comedians, don’t take the low hanging fruit. Instead, they rely on every day truths in life that everyone can relate to and do not hurt others.

In other words: We do not need copious amounts of butter, bacon and salt to elevate a dish. We just need the right spices.

The right spices can truly take any dish to the next level.

The right spice BLENDS can knock any dish out of the park.

Whether you are self-proclaimed Chef, a newbie in the kitchen… or heck! Just trying to get a delicious meal on the table without a big fuss, these healthy spice blends are guaranteed to truly elevate your culinary game without the need for excess salt, oil, sugar, etc.

When your spices are on point…

Your meals are on point.

P.S. None of these spice blends have anti-caking agents, citric acid, calcium chloride, or other strange ingredients you would not expect to find in your pantry.

P.P.S. When purchasing your everyday spices, do not choose the cheapest option, look for organic, or non-GMO ingredients. Cheap spices can contain mold, heavy metals and other contaminants.

Also! Each one of these spices is vegan, keto, paleo and gluten-free… and contain virtually no calories, or fat.

Sprinkle Seasoning — 24 Herbs and Spices by Bragg

Seriously, though. If you follow me, the founder of Feel Good Dallas on Instagram, you will find I used this spice in everything from salad dressings, grilled veggies, to steaks and salmon. It is a one stop shop and I have been known to carry it in my handbag, or on trips.

Veggie Pepper by New Frontier

Use in replace of regular pepper for a little more pep in your step. It is an excellent, well-kept, “secret ingredient.”

Noble Made Steak Seasoning by The New Primal

Beyond just steaks… This is the only seasoning listed here that contains sea salt, or salt of any kind. I absolutely love the texture of the whole spices in here. It tastes awesome on grilled veggies, salmon, white fish and tofu, if tofu is your thing. Use to season ground beef and poultry… it’s a winner. Just be careful with this one. Too much spice = too much salt.

Organic Shawarma Middle Eastern Seasoning Blend by Whole Foods

Only found in Whole Foods Market, I had to include this spice because as a curry lover, this blend adds so much zesty spunk to Middle Eastern foods. Tastes great on pan seared salmon, curry-like dishes, eggplant, eggs, tofu scrambles, beef, or veggie broths, coconut based dishes. I am a big fan.

Pizza Seasoning by New Frontier

Pizza is in the title. Need I say more? Much like Bragg’s Sprinkle, this spice blend is perfect in salad dressings, sprinkled over sandwiches, avocado toast, grilled veggies, fish, poultry, steak, tofu, in homemade hummus, oh and duh! Pizza. It is such a beautiful blend. I cannot think of an instance it would not taste awesome. (Oh. I did. Fruit. I can’t say it would taste great on fruit).
