While Uchiba is not new on the scene, the dimly lit and romantic restaurant offers food and service that is consistently superb.

Highlights:
Hamachi sashimi so rich and fresh it melts in your mouth like cool butter.
Tuna Crudo served in a “leche de tigre” sauce— which, TBH, we have no clue what this actually is… but it is bright, herbaceous and the perfect compliment to each succulent cut of tuna.
Hama chili — fresh yellowtail served with spicy Thai chilis— A fire and ice combination. It’s so divine we can’t just order 2.
Flakey flash fried brussels— some of the best in the Dallas Metroplex. (FGD Note: these are cross contaminated with gluten).
While the pan seared and blistered shishitos could be improved (we like ours shriveled), outside of the outstanding food, Uchiba’s servers are typically some of the most knowledgeable and easy-going in the area– especially when it comes to dietary restrictions.
It’s our go-to location for Happy Hour on Sundays, date nights and group outings.
