Worlds collide at Bar and Garden the low-key, yet high vibe place for savvy wine and spirit connoisseurs to share beverages with wellness enthusiasts.
Unless you are completely abstaining from alcohol (which is totally cool btw and they have something for you too) having an adult beverage should not be about choosing between a fun buzz and a brutal hangover.
We often attribute hangovers to having one too many drinks. But the dismal feeling we can fall victim to after drinking, is often out of our control. Even the most pricey bottle of wine, or liquor, can contain heavily sprayed ingredients (yuck– pesticides), additives, added sulfites, added sugar, GMO yeast, coloring and flavoring agents.
Oh… and also not drinking enough water, combined with too many drinks, of course.
Bar & Garden offers the best of both worlds— premium wine and spirts, that are far above and beyond “organic.”
WE ONLY CARRY WINE, SPIRITS AND COCKTAIL MODS FREE OF ARTIFICIAL COLORS AND FLAVORS. ALL OF OUR WINES ARE, AT MINIMUM, PRACTICING ORGANIC, AND MANY ARE BIODYNAMIC. THAT MEANS NO HERBICIDES, PESTICIDES OR FUNGICIDES USED IN THE VINEYARDS. IT ALSO MEANS YOU’RE NOT DRINKING TOXIC CHEMICALS!
The staff is incredibly knowledgable. We met with Janice who gave us the “scandalous” backstory on the tequila LALO, which only made me want to purchase the sleek and sexy bottle even more.
Plus, they have beautiful gifts for your fun foodie friends that love to entertain– My personal favorite is the Spirit Infusion Kit.
Every Saturday they offer tastings in their darling back bar from 11am-5pm. The backsplash is covered in giant green ivy leaves— It’s a vibe. Need we say more?
No reservations are required, just mosey on in.
80% of their wines retail for under $30 and they even have their very own wine club with varying tiers, with little to no commitment.
They also have a legit wine rating system… it’s not enough to just be considered organic, but rather:
- Female Owned
- No added sulfites
Spirits are labeled with a personal, handwritten note, so you know exactly what to expect and they sell local beers and ‘booch too. Just when we thought this place could not be any more spectacular, we learned the dangling ceiling plants were for sale too and that they propagate their own leaves!
We’ve been converted. This is now our new spot to grab wines, spirits, gifts and plants.
